I’m quite far from a being a luddite, but I have been doing away with a few technology items with regarding exercise and fitness for the last couple years. For example, I sold the power meters & speedometers that where on my bikes. I sold my heart rate monitor. I started using rollers instead of a trainer when riding indoors (anyone want to buy a Fluid Cyclops?), and recently I have been playing around with barefoot running. Now I am considering switching my exercise log from cyber space to the printed page. Specifically, I am thinking about writing on paper with a pen with the power of my own hand. What do all my cyber exercise friend out there think?
